BUSINESS COACHING

We intensively work with your managers on work-related issues. The manager gives the topics as being the one seeking advice and support.

Intensively thinking through situations from the past, re-experinece with changed roles followed by a reflection session leads to learning and consideration. We follow the integrative approach to coaching, using all the "pearls & diamonds" from different schools such as solution-orientation, NLP, ressource-orientation, constructivism and others. All methods used aim on helping the manager to find the solution. This solution is to a considerable amount already pre-formulated in his brain, it "only" has to be explored.

TEAM-COACHING

Team-Coaching is a special format, where a fixed group works on work-related problems. People bring in their topics and provide coaching amongst themselves. Our coach is more the facilitator who guides and controls the team-coaching process. Ths is a distinction from the classical team-development. We perform team-coaching with your teams in several sessions over a period of 9 - 12 month.

INTERCULTURAL COACHING

The combination of intercultural training and business coaching is intercultural coaching. You will learn about mentality and ways of thinking at your partners side and have as well the possibility to work on current situations of intercultural encounter using coaching methods. You could also prepare upcoming situations, e.g. negotiations or performance appraisal dialogue, with your intercultural coach.

The intercultural coach has to have experience as a manager, must know the language and the culture of the respective country and should have worked there. He is as well certified by an acknowledged Coaching Association. The Manager (Coachee) is open, willing to learn, and is interested to enhance his personal abilities while working with other cultures.

COACHING FOR ARTISTS

This is a very special business ... Artists have the inner urge to be creative, they need to work and expose themselves. What a desaster, when this dwell of creativity tends to become dry!
